Wow, I don't know what's up here, but my sleep schedule is SO screwed up.  I barely slept last night at all and my brain is just fried.

Naw, I've taken narcotics very sparingly (after major surgery and during horrifically painful flare) so that isn't it. The stuff I have now (and take very little of) is non-narcotic.
